Shipping Overview

Rungreen.com ships to all 50 United States, as well as limited international countries: Canada and Australia. If shipping to Canada or Australia, please take note of the important shipping differences.


Orders received by 3pm EST will be processed the same day, Monday – Friday. Orders received after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed on Monday.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for each order are based on a calculation of total weight of the items, the shipping destination and shipping method.


Shipping Methods
  • USPS Priority: 2 to 4 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Saturday and Sunday delivery not available.
  • FedEx 2Day: FedEx 2Day® delivers in 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas, and by 7 p.m. to residences. Saturday and Sunday delivery not available..
  • Economy International: 6 to 10 business days. Customer responsible for all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
  • FedEx Ground Canada: 2 to 4 business days and arrive with customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees prepaid. This is the fastest and easiest option available.

Shipping Promotions

Free Shipping promotions apply only to domestic orders. The promotion also excludes John Deere Parts and Ride On Toys.


Order Tracking

Customers using USPS (generally the most cost-effective solution) will not receive tracking on USPS First Class shipments. Once the package leaves Rungreen.com's facility, there is no way for the company to receive updates or make changes to the shipment. FedEx shipments provide options to stay updated on deliveries status.

Returns

If a customer's package is returned to Rungreen.com's facility because of a non-deliverable address or circumstance similar in nature, the customer will be refunded the price of the package contents but not shipping costs. If customer requests to resend the package to a new address, shipping charges will be reapplied. For more on returns, see our Returns Policy.
