We ship to all 50 states in the United States, as well as Canada and Australia. We no longer ship outside of Canada, Australia and the United States.
There are very important differences when shipping outside of the U.S. These should be noted before placing an order.
"Fedex Smartpost" Shipments and What They Are
When choosing "Fedex Smartpost" at checkout, the customer is selecting the Fedex Smartpost shipping method at a reduced rate. This method is picked up at our facility by Fedex and delivered via USPS. These methods are meant to save our customers money, but can take up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Please do not select this method if you need your shipment before this time period.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated for each order based on total weight of the items, the zip code of your shipping destination and shipping method. To determine your shipping rate, add all items to your cart, and use the shipping calculator on the right side of the page, or click "Checkout" to see the shipping options and rates. We do NOT attempt to make any "extra" on shipping!
International Shipments
First Class International shipments generally take 4 weeks plus to arrive. This is the slowest method; please choose another if you wish to receive your package sooner.
Priority Mail International shipments generally take 6-10 business days to arrive. If you need your package sooner, please use Fedex services.
Fedex Ground Canada- No Fees -Services generally take 2-4 business days and arrive with customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees prepaid. Our fastest and easiest option!
Fedex Economy International services generally take 2-4 business days.
Fedex International Priority shipments generally take 2-3 business days.
Buyers using USPS, which is generally the most cost-effective, WILL NOT receive tracking on USPS First Class shipments. Express and Priority shipments do offer updates. Airmail shipments usually arrive within two weeks, however, some take longer. Once the package leaves our building, there is no possible way for us to receive updates or make changes. UPS and Fedex shipments, while more expensive, are the best way to stay updated on your package.
Insurance on International Packages
Insurance is generally not provided on packages under 4 LBS via USPS. We will insure packages that ship USPS Airmail. UPS and Fedex packages are always insured.
International Customs Duties
Rungreen.com is NOT responsible for international customs duties. Rates and governments will vary widely, but international customers WILL be expected to pay international customs duties upon package arrival. Rungreen.com is in no way responsible for these duties, as they are remitted to the home country. Fedex Ground to Canada is a prepaid service, meaning you will pay nothing upon delivery.
USPS/Canada Post generally collects only GST and Duties.
We also offer Fedex and UPS International Shipments to Canada. Fedex Economy and Priority are a quick way to get your shipment at a reasonable price. There will be no brokerage fees for these packages; however, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by Fedex or UPS on behalf of the home country.
