Return Policy We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return in a timely manner. Please follow the instructions below.
Rungreen.com's return policy is as follows: IMPORTANT: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer.
All returns must be in original condition.
Customer must have approval (RMA #) after e-mailing our web form.
Returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt by customer.
Damaged items can be picked up by Rungreen.com, via UPS or USPS. This tag will be mailed to the customer, and the customer will then arrange the pickup with UPS or USPS, or drop the item off.
Non-damaged items will not receive return shipping credit.
Replacement item shipping charges to the customer address must be collected if item(s) are not damaged. We can arrange for a pickup at a cost, or the customer may send the item back any way they choose. For Rungreen.com to return an item to the customer as an exchange, shipping is applicable and will be charged to your credit card. Fees are varying, however, we charge the lowest possible rate- $4 for a t-shirt, $5 for a sweatshirt, etc.
International shipments will receive a 40-day return policy.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.
Important Boot Return Policy:
IMPORTANT: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags.Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
Returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt by customer. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, (e.g. boot box), and place it in its original shipping box or original rungreen.com shipping bag. Boot boxes may not be returned with tape or any other shipping labels on them, doing so will result in a restocking fee.

As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed you will receive and email confirmation.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. Yet, we recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as USPS or FedEx that allows you to track your returning package.
