ORDERING
How to shop online
Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase, you are ready to place your order. You will proceed through a series of five steps.

Step One
Your shopping cart contains all of the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities, and enter coupon codes.

Once you decide you are finished adding products you can proceed to "Checkout" by using the button on the bottom of the Web page.

Step Two
You are asked to enter an email address and sign in as a guest or returning customer.

Step Three
You are asked to provide your shipping address, billing address, and payment information.

Step Four
You will choose you shipping option.

Step Five
You will see a summary of your order. The last step is to for you to confirm and place your order. You may print this order summary for your records if you desire.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation through the email address provided in Step Two, with the details of your order. You will then receive a follow up email when your order ships and your credit card is charged, as well as a tracking number so you can check the status of your order on

How to search for products
You can click on the product category on the left side of the screen to browse the various products or use the search tool located in the upper right corner of each page. Simply enter the name or keyword of a product and click "Go."

How to find products not available online
Rungreen.com carries only selected John Deere Licensed Products. You may have seen or heard of products which are currently not available on the Web site. Please check with your local dealer.
Please keep in mind that each dealership's licensed merchandise does vary.

Payment options

Now accepting check/money order/fax orders. You can also use this option if you'd rather mail/fax your credit card to us. Go NOW

If you have a question about credit card charges relating to your account (such as refunds, issued credits, etc.), you can sign in to your account to view account history or contact Customer Service via email.

Taxes
We must collect Michigan state tax for orders originating in Michigan. This rate will be 6% of merchandise totals.

Canceling an order
To cancel an order, must contact us before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change it, and it will fall under a return category. Please be aware that we begin processing your order as soon as possible. For this reason, we ask that you cancel your order the same day it was placed for the best chance of catching the order before it ships. Simply email
